Regional Sales Manager

Eligibility Criteria

Regional Sales Manager

Bachelor degree (preferable if Business Economics or Business Administration)
MBA shall be considered as a preference
8-10 years experience with a minimum of 3-5 years in FMCG sales/key account management in a similar capacity; (experience in hygienic disposables markets would be an advantage)
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar management role
Sales drove, results-oriented, strong problem solving skills
Strong communication skills in English (verbal and writing)
Strong interpersonal skills
People skills – critical this person can be fully accepted, trusted, and “bought into” – needs to be liked, and become “one of the team.”
Diplomacy – be able to handle apparent conflicting interests
Influencing skills – will need to manage people and get buy-in without direct authority
Analytical ability – able to analyze data
High level of business acumen & commercially awareness of the decisions taken and the impact they could have on both customer and Ontex’s business
Bright enough to handle Business Strategy, to be able to understand the “bigger picture” and be able to implement winning action plans. Must also be able to understand and communicate the needs and constraints that customers may have that act as possible roadblocks
Readiness to travel
Proficiency in MS Office program especially MS Excel
Good command of Urdu and English and effective communication skills
