| Education | • 8th standard from a government recognized school or • An acceptable combination of education, training, and experience will also be considered. |
| Experience | At least 3 years of experience in: • Cleaning activities in five-star hotels, Large Scale Restaurants / Shopping Malls / Organizations, private clubs, diplomatic missions, big hospitals, large Expat families, or any major international organization. Experience in lifting and moving heavy items. |

| Education | • 10th standard from a government recognized school; or • An acceptable combination of education, training, and experience will also be considered. |
| Experience | A minimum of 7 years of experience in: • Performing complex and routine masonry, tile, concrete, and epoxy works of various types and structures; • Working on construction and maintenance projects. • Estimating material requirements and related costs for all masonry work. • Managing and supervising a team. |
