Eligibility Criteria

Assistant Director Computer/Information Technology (BS-17)

  • Master in Computer Sciences with 5 years practical experience after the Master Degree in relevant field.
  • NOTE:
  • Experience in private entities shall be accepted if such entity is registered with SECP, Registrar of Firms, or any other Regulatory Authority.

Deputy Director (Town Planning) (BS-18)

  • B.Sc. City & Regional Planning from a recognized University with at least 5 years of practical experience in relevant fields.
  • NOTE:
  • i) Registered with Pakistan Council for Architects & Town Planners (PCATP)
  • ii) Only practical experience after the prescribed qualification shall be considered.
  • iii) Experience in private entities shall be accepted if such entity is registered with SECP, Registrar of Firms or any other Regulatory Authority.

Junior Clerk (BS-11)

  • Higher Secondary School Certificate (Second Division) from a recognized Board;
  • The speed of 25 words per minute of typing on computer in English; and
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or any other compatible office application and he shall demonstrate such Proficiency.

Information Officer (BS-17)

  • Master’s Degree (2nd Class) in Journalism or Mass Communication or Political Science or History or Urdu Literature or English Literature from a recognized University.
  • Two years experience in Journalism or Mass Communication including work in the National Newspaper/Periodicals of repute or regional newspaper having ABC certification or recognized News Agency/Television Network. Radio Broadcasting Organization or Publicity in a Govt. Office.

Media Monitoring Officer (BS-16)

  • BS degree (second division) in Journalism or Mass Communication or Political Science or History or Urdu Literature or English Literature or International Relations from a University recognized by the Higher Education Commission; and
  • One year’s post qualification experience in the relevant field in the Government or semi Government department.

Transcription Officer (BS-16)

  • BS degree (second division) in Journalism or Mass Communication or Political Science or History or Urdu Literature or English Literature or International Relations from a University recognized by the Higher Education Commission; and
  • One year’s post qualification experience in the relevant field in the Government or semi Government department.

Web Developer/Desinger (BS-17)

  • BS degree (second division) in Information Technology or Computer Science or Software Engineering from a University recognized by Higher Education Commission; and
  • Two years’ post qualification experience in the relevant field in the Government or semi Government department.

Speech Writer (BS-17)

  • Master’s Degree (1st Division) in Journalism or Mass Communication or Political Science or English Literature from recognized University and
  • Two years experience in Journalism or Mass Communication including work in the National Newspaper/Periodicals of repute or regional newspaper having ABC certification or recognized News Agency/Television Network. Radio Broadcasting Organization or Publicity in a Govt. office.

Cashier (BS-11)

  • Graduate (Second Division) from a recognized University.

Inspector (BS-16)

  • Bachelor’s degree (second class or Grade-C) preferably in Economics, Commerce, Public Administration or Business Administration from a University recognized by Higher Education Commission; and
  • Three years experience in the field of tourism, hotel management, or in the travel agency business.
  • NOTE:
  • Only practical / Administrative Experience after prescribed qualification shall be considered.
  • Experience in private entities shall be accepted if such entity is registered with SECP, Registrar of Firms, or other Regularity Authority.
